Who would have ever thought that oysters have been really cool, for a really long time? I don't mean back to 1950. I mean that Plato (THE PLATO) once waxed philosophical about oysters. And he's not alone. Oysters have featured in quotes, sentence and thoughts of many great writers across the centuries. Lucky for you, I have found a lot of them, and turned them into attractive, thoughtful, and sometimes hilarious notecards.
